Ms. Crifasi is an associate at Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP. She provides counsel on telecommunications and technology regulatory, policy, and business issues to large enterprise customers. Sara has represented telecommunications users in various proceedings at the Federal Communications Commission on matters concerning federal regulatory compliance, and has also advised users on state-level regulations and policy development. Sara has particular experience in privacy and consumer-based issues. She also negotiates enterprise telecommunications and technology agreements for internet access, custom networks, wireless service, managed services, and software.
Sara joined LB3 after practicing at a large Washington, D.C. law firm in the telecommunications, technology and media group. She also previously worked as a legal fellow at the Federal Communications Commission in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau. While in law school, she served as Production Editor of the Journal of Law, Technology, and the Internet, worked in EMI Music - Capitol Records' Business and Legal Affairs Department, and received the Federal Communications Bar Association Scholarship and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property.
