The international telecommunications arena continues to be one of the most dynamic in the industry. At one time, US-based multinational corporations had no choice but to rely on U.S. telecommunications companies and their alliances with international companies. Gradually, those customers began to have more options as alliances (like Concert) formed (and broke), legacy carriers (like AT&T and BT) expanded their service offerings, newer international carriers like Equant emerged, and new technologies (most recently MPLS) moved to the fore. Throughout this process, LB3 has been at the forefront of negotiating regional and global contracts for telecom services in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. In addition to negotiating reasonable uniformity of terms and appropriate accountability for performance in this complex realm, LB3 also has developed ways to help clients resolve the special regulatory, technical and business challenges posed by these transactions.
