Mr. Gamboa is a partner in LB3, where he advises large enterprise users in structuring and negotiation of communications (wireless, landline, and Internet), managed services, software licensing, and cloud computing arrangements. Mr. Gamboa also serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor to early stage technology companies.

Before joining LB3, Mr. Gamboa was with Yodlee, Inc., a pioneer and leading provider of Software-as-a-Service solutions to the financial services industry. At Yodlee, Mr. Gamboa held a number of senior business and legal positions, including Director of Strategic Alliances, Director of Business Development, and head of international business development.

Mr. Gamboa began his legal career as an associate in the Palo Alto office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. At Brobeck, Mr. Gamboa's practice focused on technology and emerging growth companies; he represented private companies and venture capital investors in private equity transactions, underwriters in initial public offerings, and sellers and buyers in public and private mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Gamboa received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, with Distinction, and his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Stanford Law Review and a Member of the Stanford Journal for International Law. He is a member of the District of Columbia and California Bars.
