Mr. Shish is a staff attorney at Levine, Blaszak, Block & Boothby, LLP. His practice includes the structure and negotiation of communications agreements on behalf of enterprise users, including agreements for wireless, Internet, and custom network services. Mr. Shish also provides counsel to enterprise users on regulatory and dispute resolution matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shish worked on large commercial litigation and corporate matters, including private placement real estate securities offerings, shareholder litigation, federal agency investigation defense, and DOJ merger clearances. Before starting his legal career, Mr. Shish was a general manager of an entertainment management company.

Mr. Shish received his B.A. in Telecommunications from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, where he was an Associate Editor and Founding Member of the Journal of International Law & Policy (now merged into the Journal of International Law). He is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
