Overview

Sara Crifasi provides counsel on telecommunications and IT procurements and negotiations as well as on telecommunications and technology regulatory and policy issues.

Sara represents telecommunications users in various proceedings at the Federal Communications Commission on matters concerning federal regulatory compliance, and also advises users on state-level regulations and policy development. Sara has particular experience in privacy and consumer-based issues, with specific emphasis on navigating telemarketing and robocalling compliance requirements.

Ms. Crifasi also negotiates enterprise telecommunications and technology agreements for internet access, custom networks, wireless service, managed services, collocation, and software, as well as technology and business outsourcing agreements.

Sara joined LB3 after practicing at a large Washington, D.C. law firm in the telecommunications, technology and media group. She also previously worked as a legal fellow at the Federal Communications Commission in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau.

While in law school, she served as Production Editor of the Journal of Law, Technology, and the Internet and received a Federal Communications Bar Association (The Tech Bar) Foundation Scholarship and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property.
